What We Do
Wedding Planning & Conferences
Multi-day weddings and corporate conferences run on the same discipline: one point of contact, a written scope, named vendors, and a schedule nobody has to guess at. We plan the day and the hundred things behind it — venue, catering, décor, AV, guest logistics — so the client sees one clean handover, not a dozen open threads.
Live Concerts
Staging, rigging, sound, and light for a room that has to hold a crowd safely and sound right from the back row. We work from load-in to strike, with crew counts and timing fixed before doors open, not worked out on the day.
Social Events
Private parties, launches, and milestone celebrations, sized right for the guest list — not over-produced, not under-planned. Same standard of coordination as the larger jobs, scaled to the room.
